Licensee pays a non-refundable LICENSE fee of $9,500.
Included in your License Fee is Site Location Assistance, Shop Development Assistance from A-Z,
Comprehensive training, and On-going Consulting.
Licensee should
expect to pay at least $5000 for perishable and
non-perishable start-up inventory.
Licensee must have
sufficient means for start-up costs ranging from
$75,000 to $275,000 depending on the location,
design, shop build-out and development costs,
operating costs, advertising costs, and other
miscellaneous factors.
Licensee must have at least $50,000 in liquid assets.
Licensee must have some experience owning or managing a business preferably in the food/beverage industry.
